What we do

We are passionate about revolutionising weaning and eliminating fussy eating problems, but what makes us unique is that we have joined forces to bring the emotional/psychological and physical perspectives together. We bring a wealth of experience in our respective fields of osteopathy and psychology and have created a holistic approach to weaning that really works. We combine an evidence based, scientific approach with our wealth of professional clinical experience and our passion as people to help you and your family.

We will take all aspects of your baby's physical and psychological development, your family environment and your parenting style into account when we work with you. Although we will happily advise you when needed, we are committed to empowering you as a parent and as a person. Our mission is to give you the tools to make decisions that you're happy with. We will form a strong, collaborative relationship with you so that we can support you, maximise your strengths, give guidance where necessary and help you to make confident decisions.

How can we help you?

We offer group workshops and individual consultations, either in person or over Skype. To find out more about how we can help your family with preventing or managing fussy eating/weaning issues, click here. We currently run workshops mainly in Herts and Bucks but are expanding. Our workshops usually have about 15-20 people in them, which keeps the group small enough that everyone can interact and we can answer individual questions. If you'd like to see our workshops popping up in your area, please do contact us and we'll see what we can do.

We've also been invited as key note speakers at different events (e.g. baby shows), which is great as our main mission is to reach as many parents out there as possible, and to help them negotiate the tricky journey that weaning can be. If you're running an event and would like us to come and speak, please do contact us.
